Provisions Italiana serves Roman-style pizza in the al taglio tradition, baked in large rectangular trays and cut into square slices.
The dough bakes to a light, airy interior with an open crumb and a crisp, caramelized crust. Toppings start with fresh mozzarella and fragrant basil, with accents like thinly sliced prosciutto, creamy stracciatella, earthy mushrooms, peppery arugula and seasonal vegetables.
